These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 360 and all of its features, including 360 Chat, 360 Search, 360 Maps, 360 Mail, 360 News, 360 Music, and any desktop or mobile applications (collectively, “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use 360. Certain features — including direct messaging, voice calls, and server participation — require age verification before access is granted.
Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may be granted access to restricted features only through a documented age exception process requiring parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly permit minors to access adult-designated spaces or content.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that account without notice.
You are responsible for:
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion, without obligation to provide advance notice.
360 Chat lets you create and join servers with public or passcode-protected channels, exchange direct messages with other users, participate in voice calls, and interact with server bots. By using these features, you agree that:
Direct messages are private between participants. We do not read DMs except as required by law or to investigate a credible report of a Terms violation. End-to-end encryption (ETEE) for direct messages is currently in development and not yet active. All messages are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols in the meantime.
360 supports peer-to-peer voice calls within servers and direct message threads. You agree not to record, redistribute, or misuse the content of voice calls without the consent of all participants. Voice call signaling data is not retained beyond the duration of the call.
Third-party and user-created bots may be installed in servers by server owners. Bot developers are responsible for ensuring their bots comply with these Terms. We may revoke a bot’s access to the platform at any time if the bot is found to be abusive, spammy, or in violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create on 360. By posting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content and we do not sell it.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content that violates applicable law or these Terms may be removed without notice.
360 includes AI-powered tools such as grammar correction, bots, and search enhancements. You acknowledge that:
360 integrates with third-party infrastructure and APIs to deliver its features, including:
Your use of features that rely on these services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Violations may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 360 Digital, Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
