360 — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

360 Digital, Co. (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the 360 platform, including 360 Chat, 360 Search, 360 Maps, 360 Mail, 360 News, 360 Music, and associated desktop and mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not run ads and we do not sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Information Collected Automatically

Third-Party Sign-In

If you sign in using GitHub or another supported OAuth provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not receive your password. You can remove third-party sign-in links from your account settings at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your data to serve you advertisements, and we do not build advertising profiles.

3. Direct Messages and Chat Privacy

Messages in servers and direct messages are stored in our database to deliver them to recipients and to support features like message history and search. We do not read your private messages except where required by law or to investigate a credible abuse report.

End-to-end encryption (ETEE) for direct messages is in development and is not yet active. Until it is available, all messages are encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3.

4. Rewards and Game Data

When you play games on 360 while signed in, we record session data (start time, active seconds, and game identifier) to calculate Rewards Points. This data is used solely to credit your account and is not shared with third parties. Rewards Points balances, lifetime totals, and membership tier are stored in your profile and are subject to the same access controls as your other profile data.

5. Sensitive Profile Fields

Certain profile fields — including your date of birth, email address, internal mail address, alternate emails, age verification status, and moderation history — are not exposed to other users through normal platform queries. Only you and authorized platform administrators can access this information.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing.

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We apply row-level security policies so that users can only access data they are authorized to see. Data is encrypted at rest and all connections use TLS.

No security system is perfect. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and work continuously to identify and address vulnerabilities.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser cookies and local storage to:

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics SDKs that report to ad networks. You can clear cookies through your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.

10. Minors

360 is not intended for children under 13. Users between 13 and 17 may access the platform subject to age verification and, for certain features, parental consent through our age exception process. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice in the platform or send an email to your registered address before the changes take effect. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
