Responsibilities to Candidates.

  • We shall treat all candidates and potential candidates with respect at all times.
  • We shall be fair and helpful, and act with integrity at all times.
  • We shall behave professionally in all dealings with candidates.
  • Seeking a new job is usually stressful for candidates; we shall remain sensitive to this throughout the process.
  • We shall keep candidates informed of progress on a basis that will be agreed with them. Any candidate, who has had meaningful discussions about a role, must be informed as to why and when he/she was rejected from the process.
  • Feedback on candidates’ suitability for a role should be candid but sensitive at all times.
  • We shall act to provide career advice and guidance to candidates as part of our service to them. We will always put candidate interests ahead of our own, or indeed our client’s.
  • We shall market our candidates as positively as we can, promoting their skills and achievements, but without misrepresentation.

  • We shall be fair and helpful, and act with integrity at all times.
  • We shall behave professionally in all dealings with clients.
  • All recruitment activity will be treated with the utmost sensitivity and confidentiality. Such treatment will be the norm unless and until the client indicates otherwise. It is our responsibility to ensure we understand fully the client issues in these areas, and that we handle assignments according to these requirements and we are fully aware of all the ramifications across the client’s entire enterprise (parent or sibling companies).
  • We shall act as the client’s representative in all dealings with candidates and ensure the client’s name is only enhanced by our involvement.
  • Timescales for completing assignments will be agreed in advance with the client. We shall keep clients informed of progress on a basis that will be agreed with them.
  • Feedback to clients on our or candidates’ views of the company and role will be candid but sensitive at all times.
  • We shall market our candidates as positively as we can, promoting their skills and achievements, but without misrepresentation.
